From bumping up the gain to grinding down the highs and giving you the chunkiest bottom you can get as well as a selector switch that takes her from her new nasty sounding self to a whole new level of dirty by engaging the mod’s optional fuzz mode. Add our visible distortion to the mod and you real get to see the twinkle in the eyes our “Dirty Woman”.

Okay I’ll admit it, probably the first band that ever made my head turn around and perk my ears up asking “What is that?!” was Pink Floyd, David Gilmore could say more about the Soul of Man with one purely saturated poignantly sustained note than Aristotle could tell you in ten pages. From the moment I began playing guitar I knew that this…THIS was the tone My ears longed to revel in. While the stock blues driver is a good pedal and recommend even by Gilmourish.com (the most comprehensive tome in existence for those who want the Gilmour tone) as the best off the shelf option I would say that the pot still needed some sweetening (yes pun intended). In our BD-2 “Crazy Diamond” mod we have cleaned the power filters to assure ultra quiet operation for subtleties at high volume. We add more saturation and a slower attack on the distortion channel resulting in a sound that is tube-a-licious to say the least, as well as being able to tackle all of David’s signature tone. From the top of The Wall to The Dark Side of the Moon, the “Crazy Diamond” mod is the only way to shine on stage.
