From the very first time I heard a chorus effect I was hooked. It was so utterly lush and blanketing. It was like someone had polished the stars and made them twinkle. It was shimmery, warm and oooooh so beautiful. In our “Sea Monkey” mod we take a classic chorus, the DOD FX 65 and transmogrify it into a wave slinger beyond belief. We begin with a high cut on the effect out to assure that regeneration stays out of rangey repeats and maintain a warm analog sound. In addition to this we increase the rate and the depth to allow everything from wide open to super fast. Add to this the optional “Psycho switch” that allows the delay to begin regenerating off of itself giving you a great noise making addition perfect for any electronic or noise artist.
