The classic Nady TO-2 is a tube overdrive with a well known sound in vintage circles. Our “Nail Driver” mod takes this bad boy and supes up the sound far from the stock pedal. We start with the Input level, increasing the overall gain to levels far beyond the original circuit. From There we mod the output to allow for a greater range of decibel decimation. On the tone side of the circuit we beef out the bass and tweak the treble to allow for an additional boost on both ends. Add ons for this mod include the optional “Pants Kicker” switch giving you, believe it or not, even MORE gain than the base mod; as well as the “Attitude Adjustment” switch providing for two, count ’em two additional tone boosting modes.
